About this register

This page lists the artificial intelligence tools we use at Ecommerce Media in providing services to our clients. It is referenced in our client agreements and our Privacy Policy and is published in the interest of transparency.

The tools listed here may be updated from time to time as our tech stack evolves. Any updates will continue to meet the standards set out below.

Our standards for AI tools

Based on our review of each provider's terms, we only engage AI tools that:

  • do not use our or our clients' data to train generative AI models;
  • treat the data we submit as confidential, with that obligation flowed through to their sub-processors;
  • encrypt data in transit and at rest; and
  • process the data we submit only in accordance with our instructions.

AI tools we use

Claude

Provided by Anthropic, PBC

We use Claude for account optimisation, performance reporting, copywriting, ideation, creative analysis and deep account insights. Claude has access to advertising and analytics platforms used in connection with our services.

Read AI

We use Read AI to record, transcribe and summarise meetings between our team and clients, and to prepare follow-up notes and action items.
